FIRST TIME ORDERS
For new accounts, first time orders must have minimum of 10 pieces. This is to ensure that the Chasen Jade collection is represented in a cohesive way that represents the intention and vision of the brand. There are no minimums for any order after the initial opening order.
All orders are custom made; therefore the following policy is in place:
Immediate orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified after the purchase order has been confirmed. Immediate orders are considered any order that is scheduled to ship within 30 days of the date the order is confirmed.Orders scheduled to ship after 30 days can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order. After the 48-hour period your order will be put into production and cannot be cancelled. All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE.
PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Credit card information is required at the time the purchase order is placed. If the order is immediate, the credit card will be processed at the time the purchase order is confirmed. If the delivery of the order is 31 days or more, the credit card will be processed 48 hours before shipping the order.
If you would prefer to pay in another form other than credit card, please discuss with the sales representative at the time the order is placed.
The cost of shipping will be included in your invoice. Unless otherwise requested all shipments will be sent via United States Postal Service.
All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. If an item arrives damage please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will happily repair.
As a reminder, Chasen Jade Jewelry is hand made with natural, semi precious stones. Each piece will have slight differences in the stones, colors, and beads. There might be small variations and imperfections in some items. This is common in hand made jewelry made from natural quality stones and we believe this gives each piece its own individuality and beauty.
We would love the opportunity to partner with new and existing accounts for trunk shows and events. Payment must be made at the completion of the trunk show or event using a credit card or other form of payment, which must be confirmed at the time of booking.
