Ordering a custom piece of Chasen Jade Jewelry is a very special experience. Whether it is for a celebration, or just because, connect with us for the opportunity to work with Chasen directly, to create a one of a kind design for you or someone you love.
Custom orders placed with Chasen Jade are charged in full before going into production and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been ordered and will be shipped within 4-8 weeks from the date your order is placed, based on availability of the stones used. There is an option to rush custom orders for an additional cost per item. Please communicate if a rush is needed at the time the order is placed.
