Exchange Policy

We are confident you will love your Chasen Jade Jewelry purchase. However, if you have any questions about any items, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase on As every Chasen Jade piece is hand made and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to issue a refund on any and all purchases. We offer exchanges and store credits on full priced items only, which are eligible up to 10 days from receipt of purchase. All custom orders, sale items or promotional code purchases are considered final sale with no option to exchange.

We can only accept exchanges for items purchased from directly. Exchange inquiries for purchases made through any of our partner retailers, please contact them directly.

All exchanges require approval from a representative and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If an exchange is approved, jewelry must not be worn or altered and must be returned in original packaging. Shipping charges made during original purchase will not be refunded. Exchanges must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return authorization, no exceptions. We will not accept exchanges that are not authorized and/or shipped within 15 days of delivery. Once an item has been exchanged, it can not be exchanged again.

If the package you received has arrived damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo for our review. Chasen Jade Jewelry will provide a pre-paid return label to return the damaged piece. Upon receipt of the damaged piece, we will send out a replacement item.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.

If for some reason you are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it, please email us immediately as we are always willing to do our best to accommodate you.
