We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any piece within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear, and repair needed. Please email us for further details about our repair and replacement policy.


We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have before you purchase. As every piece is hand made, one-of-a-kind, we are unable to refund purchases. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are considered final sale. If for some reason you are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it, please email us immediately as we are always willing to do our best to accommodate you.


All designs are hand made and one of a kind, making each piece uniquely special. Due to this, some materials needed to replicate each piece may or may not be available or identical. If you are interested in any item that is currently sold out, please feel free to contact us, as we will make it a priority to fulfill your order, custom made.
