Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. We will be happy to repair at no charge, any breakage caused by a design flaw within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Any repair needed after 90 days will result in a repair charge at the customer’s expense. If we find that the piece is significantly damaged, missing stones, or beyond repair and in need of an exchange or replacement, an additional fee may be required. Any additional expense will be communicated after assessment of the item before proceeding. Repairs are accepted for items purchased on chasenjade.com only. Any repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original shop and cannot be accepted through our websites processing center.
