At Chasen Jade quality and craftsmanship are of our utmost concern. As a reminder, all pieces are created with by hand with love. By nature jewelry is delicate and must be handled and worn with care.
If you should experience the need for a repair on any piece, please email email@example.com. Please include the Order Number and Repair Issue in subject of the email. Include name, address, order number and a clear image and explanation of repair in the body of the email. A care representative will respond to you within 48 hours with the next steps for your repair.
Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Chasen Jade will repair at no charge, any breakage caused by a design flaw within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Any repair needed after 90 days will result in a repair charge at the customer’s expense, and will be communicated after assessment of the item. Repairs are accepted for items purchased on chasenjade.com only. Any repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original shop and can not be accepted through our websites processing center.
